I've been the founder, the operator, and the one at the table when the company sold. Now I lead the strategy.
I’ve led operations at a SaaS company through its acquisition, grown a media business to more than a million readers a year and sold it, and today I lead customer success strategy for an eight-figure ARR SaaS platform and serve as Fractional COO for a Shark Tank-featured consumer brand.
That range taught me one thing: companies between $2M and $10M rarely have a talent problem. They have a structure problem. The team is capable, but everything still routes through the founder, roles are blurry, and nobody owns the numbers.
My job is to set the direction, build the leadership structure, and hold the team to the plan. Your team does the work. I make sure they can.
